SmartPark 360
Every other product on this page is something you operate. SmartPark 360 is not. We install the camera, log every vehicle, request keeper details and handle the notices and appeals — you approve the site rules and read the reports.
We survey the site, agree the signage and fit the ANPR camera. Camera and hub are one unit tied to the site — no recorder to find space for, no cabling back to a comms room.
Entries and exits are paired automatically, so length of stay is measured rather than estimated — the part that decides whether a contravention stands up.
Where a contravention stands, keeper details are requested from the DVLA under KADOE. That access sits with us, so there is no application for you to make or maintain.
Charge notices are issued, tracked and progressed, and appeals are worked to British Parking Association standards. Correspondence comes to us, not to your team.
ANPR Guardian connects the ANPR cameras you already own to the EM8 Portal. You keep the whitelist, you keep the barrier, you keep the decisions.
SmartPark 360 is the opposite arrangement: our camera, our BPA membership, our team enforcing the terms. Choose ANPR Guardian to control access yourself — choose SmartPark 360 when you would rather not be in the parking business at all.
